Prime Care Denal makes every effort to remind patients of up-coming appointments. Any time an appointment is cancelled last minute, or a patient doesn’t’ attend, it often means another patient in pain has had to wait longer to receive treatment.
Currently we send an SMS requesting confirmation one week prior to your appointment. If we have not received confirmation, a second request is sent two days before your appointment. If you still have not communicated your intentions, our staff will call you directly by phone the day before your appointment. At this point, if we cannot confirm your attendance, staff will cancel your appointment.
Patients who cancel less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, or who fail to attend, will incur a fee that will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made. We thank you for your understanding.

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a government-funded program that provides access to benefits for basic dental services to children aged 0-17 years.

Services Australia assesses a child’s eligibility from the start of each calendar year and routinely check for newly eligible children.
A notification of eligibility will be sent to the child or their parent/guardian either by post or electronically through MyGov.
It is optional for a parent/guardian or patient to present this notification to the practice at the time of the appointment.
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule supports services, including dental examinations, X-rays, professional scaling and cleaning, fissure sealants, composite fillings, root canal treatment, and tooth extractions.
